This development is located on the south eastern part of town in Altoona.  The community is growing rapidly and offers wonderful grade schools and has recently built a new high school.  Some local attractions are Prairie Meadows, Bass Pro Shop, 20 minute drive to Iowa Speed Way and great local shopping.  A new plat is being developed that will offer affordable and sets next to new city park.

Directions:  Take 80 east to the third Altoona exit and head south to four way stop at 8th street se, head south to 26th street se and take left heading east.  Development is located on the right side of road.
