Ankeny > Clover Ridge/Clover Ridge West

Clover Ridge is a development that is newer to Ankeny and located on the eastern side of Ankeny and very close proximity to the interstate, Ames, Bondurant and Altoona.  Clover Ridge/Clover Ridge West offers a large park area, treed lots that are walk out and daylight, walking paths and easy access to anything in the great metro area.  You and your family will enjoy this area if you like being a little bit removed from the central part of town. 

Directions:  Take the Oralabor exit into Ankeny and head east towards Bondurant, take your first left heading north on Four Mile Road.  Clover Ridge is located on the right side of the right and Clover Ridge West is located on the left side of the road.
